We offer services to all scale residential jobs including Condominiums, Townhouses and Apartment Complexes.
Recreational Courts
We offer services for all asphalt courts, including Tennis and Basketball. Services include cleaning, repairs, coatings, post installations, and playing lines. We offer repair procedures that may not require removal and replacement even for the most difficult existing conditions, thereby reducing the cost significantly.
Milling
We offer asphalt milling which is sometimes confused with reclaiming (also called pulverizing). Milling aims to remove the top layer of asphalt from a street, parking lot, or driveway without disturbing the sub-base. This process typically is followed by asphalt resurfacing, typically to a depth of 1.5” (a new layer of asphalt can be paved to the thickness that was removed or adjusted accordingly).
Pulverizing or Full Depth Reclamation (FDR)
We offer reclamation. Full-depth reclamation is typically employed when the pavement has reached the end of its useful life and requires a rehabilitation process. The rehabilitation process consists of breaking the existing failing pavement surface and mixing it with the soil beneath to a predetermined depth into the underlying materials and blended together to produce a stabilized base course on which to pave. *Some contractors opt not to test the underlying material and fail to reclaim to a depth necessary to achieve a stable structural fill because it slows their process. This can result in a substandard product. When reviewing contracts and pricing, it is essential to make a distinction between the depth of reclamation and soil sub-base. Also, important to monitor that the work in progress meets the requirements necessary to achieve the full-service life.
Curb & Sidewalk
